SA-WEET!! Very Happy Thank you ADV! Now, will ADV also pick up Kanon 2006 (and maybe even Clannad) in the future? *crosses fingers*

I just wonder why they are picking up both? I haven't seen the movie, but the TV series is supposedly the better of the two.

While this might sell poorly, they could always try piggy-backing off of Haruhi's success...

Who knows? Right?

Congratulations, my fellow North American kagikko. Reminds me that Friday afternoon 22 months ago... I turned Tori no Uta to the max volume and started dancing. Mr. Green

Yeah, that's true. Haruhi is from the same director and animation studio as Air TV, Kanon 2006 and the upcoming Clannad TV.

As if that wasn't surprising enough, they got the movie too, which is probably something I'll dig since I'm sort of an Osamu Dezaki fan.

Lol, dormcat. I had to look up what kagikko means. Now I have a new slang term that I can use, thanks to you. Smile

"Kagi" is Japanese for "Key," referring to the original creator of the visual novel. "Kagikko" can be roughly translated as "Sons of Key," referring to fans of all Key products (Kanon, AIR, Clannad, Planetarian, Tomoyo After, Little Busters; usually ONE is also included, as it was produced by the same group of people when they were still in Tactics).

Meh... the money could've gone towards something better... Ouran > Air. Actually for me, Busou Renkin > Air, or even Night Head Genesis > Air.
