I think San Francisco is perfect for a VR project since you can cross the entire city, from Bay to Ocean in just a couple of hours by foot. Most other major cities are too large to convert unless you just use the downtown portion of the city. I got a kick out of GTA's take on SF last year, but would love to see a more accurate version since it would be possible.
