| Quote: | | “The next three did not make it into the contest,” he says, “But they came very close, so we're going to run them anyway.” The first is a Cromartie video with a running Name That Tune gimmick. It didn't make the contest because it “didn't fit the rules.” Still, “Sean pretty much exemplified what we wanted to do outside of the regular contest,” Dodd says. It receives the “first and only” AX TV award. The next video sets Fullmetal Alchemist to the Boulevard of Broken Songs mash-up, which probably does not narrow it down very much. This one opens with a walking dog. |
i wish dodd had mentioned the names before they were played. i can't tell you the names of the other 2 videos, but for those of you who are interested, the one to Fullmetal Alchemist was called Life of a Dog - Pt. 2.
Pt. 1 was in the AmTV category from last year. they can both be found on a-m-v.org |

Wait Jay didn't get that as his prize.
He got the Painted Haruhi figure from the Model Building Contest! The 1st prize winning figure.
Either way, 2007 AMV contest was pathetically sad. Poor organization, and retarded judging. Only creators were allowed to vote, but more than enough 'non-creators' submitted ballots. They didn't even bother to run a background or list check on the submitted ballots. |
