Pretty much the same ratings and comments I would have given this volume, although the Rose material worked just a little better for me.

Volume five really does seem like a teaser for volume six. I don't know if this series will make it to too many peoples favorite list, but on the other hand it is really solid. I also like the Rose stuff on this volume, but the back story explanations is where this volume shines. I love how everything makes sense and seemed planned out since the start with it's consistency which reminds me of Daphne in the Brilliant Blue. The series is really coming together nicely and I look forward to the next volume, and only wished the series began on a better note much like Daphne.

The animation for this series has stayed consistently good because of AIC has help since it's a Gonzo X AIC co-production. Without AIC you sure as hell have expected declining in animation. Same thing with Gonzo X AIC current work with Seto no Hanayome the animation for that series has looked great. Both make a good combo. Alone Gonzo is... well you know their history.

This is an excellent show I've seen the fansubs but the dub is awesome so I can't wait for volume 6 to come out. Gonzo is a great animation studio I don't know about aic or what not. Last exile, vandread, hellsing and full metal panic are all Gonzo productions.
