If it's on YTV, then it'll come to cable for sure. Most like [Adult Swim]. Also R.G., if you dislike Death Note, then why bother to reply?

Pretty sure it was at AX that Viz said they were already working on getting Death Note on Adult Swim. I suspect we'll be seeing an announcement in the coming weeks.

I wonder if Viz has reconsidered [adult swim] since Sci-Fi started it's Ani-Monday block? I read on another forum that the numbers have been more than satisfactory so far.

If you write someone's name in the notebook, but not the cause of death, they will die in 6 minutes of a heart attack, eh. Rolling Eyes

This should give anime another boost in North America. It's sorely needed imo.

Gatsu, I'm not sure what that comment has to do with the announcement, but it's 40 seconds. If you DON'T want a heart attack you must write the cause of death in 40 seconds, and if a time isn't specified, it will happen within 6 minutes and 40 seconds. Incidentally, if you want to write specific information, it must be written in 6 minutes and 40 seconds too.

Anyway, this is good news. Ironically, I'll be living in Japan by then, so I won't get to benefit from it, but it means that the dub DVDs are not too far away either!

Bleu: It's a Canadian thing, sort of like how certain characters in FY and Kenshin end their sentences.

Haha damn straight!

That's right, Canadians are getting all the good stuff! Evil or Very Mad G4TV's been giving them a lot of anime too!

Anyway, it'll come soon. Hopefully... Wink

Edit**lol I thought there were no Best Buys in Canada. Sorry.
