Great poll.

Question if Toei's reps are reading: with the series listed, are you able to release all seasons? Such as season 5 of Sailor Moon?

Would this be pay per download or package pricing? Will there be new translations of material?

Choose: sailor moon (which i hope means they might release stars...if I could just get that subbed...my collection would be complete)

digimon- a sucker for this show

pretty cure- it looks intresting

and the Pirate prince- because I heard it was pretty good.

I'm all for this but will the shows be unedited? I always wanted to see the japanese version of Digimon

Would all of these titles be in Japanese & not dubbed (with the possibility of subs)? Because I'd KILL for an official source of Japanese Digimon.

Wow, a lot of great and interesting titles listed. I want to see a whole bunch of them. And the Sailor Moon choice is pretty exciting news. Though what's up with titles like Hana Yori Dango isn't that already licensed by Viz?

There are some of the older titles that look interesting and I'd certainly check them out if they came out somewhere. I think there is only a couple titles on that list that I've actually seen but there are even some new ones that I must have somehow missed, like Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu, that I'd also like at have a look at if they were released on VOD, or even DVD.

ETA: Is there a way to get back to the results page? I want to add some of the others to my 'want to see' list so I don't forget them, but when I click on the poll links they just take me to a page that says "Thank you for your participation."

Forget VOD. How about a boxset, you cheap bastards? Anyway, how come Kinnikuman didn't make sports and Yamato didn't make sci-fi? Mad And does this mean that Kanon and Boys Over Flowers reverted back to them?

I can answer some of these questions, for all the series but one, they have all the seasons. The show missing the season (season 1) is identified as such in the poll.

These would all be in Japanese with English subtitles.

Formats they're looking at making available would be download to own and transactional (a la carte) Cable-IPTV VOD.

I don't know any more specifics.

These are the preliminary answers Toei gave me when I asked these same questions. Obviously they may change as Toei gets closer to finalization of their project.

Edit: Cable/IPTV is one service, not two separate, oops

Interesting at the very least, a few of those I'd really like to have official subs for, hopefully with DVDs to follow for some of them.

Cool though.

Uncut Digimon? Wow, that combines my wish for nostalgia with my wish for something different!

I would pay up to 10 dollars a month for a Japanese-with-subs SVOD with even some of these titles. Make sure you get Shaw Cablesystems, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. I don't have a contact for them, but I'm sure you can find one!

Edit: YES! Kinnikuman! M-U-S-C-L-E-MUSCLE! M-U-S-C-L-E-MUSCLE! 3-2-1... FIRE! I WANT!

After all I pay 5 dollars a month for Anime Network and its dubs! (Unlike you Comcast subscribers out there, many cable systems charge a monthly fee!)

Both Kinnikuman series should be added to the list, IMO. ^^ I really enjoyed 4Kids' dub of it (pretty much the only series I can say that about) & I've always wanted to see the original series as well.

Thanks! That helps a lot. I was trying to remember the titles that I'd clicked on for the survey and couldn't remember them all.
