Judging from the description, the "preview" is similar to how they were in the series! Awesome!  And hey, next movie we get Asuka. Yay! |

i haven't had the chance to check this movie out this weekend but i will be able to go on Monday night...
i suspect it won't be "standing room only" here in Misawa...
possible "new" girl maybe Mana from Evangelion game...if somehow the next movie ties into previously written story...

| If we all email the companies at once maybe we can get their attention to licsense it. I mean come on! ADV rapes Eva on a daily basis. They would be dumb not to bring the movie over! |

Well, they supposedly passed on D&R and EoE because of the high licensing costs. If that's true, I could see them passing over the new films if they are expensive enough.
Though I do really hope they get them. I'd love to hear the VA come back (again) for their characters, though I'm wondering how easily they could get some of the older ones. Even since the Director's Cuts, some of the ADV guys have left for other venues (Spike Spencer, I believe, is working in LA now). |

Man, I sure hope ADV gets this and dubs it quick, because I don't want to watch this fansubbed, but so help me, I may have to.

As profitable as Evangelion has been for ADV, I'm sure they could afford to fly them down to Houston like they've done with several actors before (like David Mantranga has done for Saiyuki Requiem or Chevalier D'Eon). |

| Maybe some big company will realize what a valuable property Evangelion is and bring it over for a theatrical release? I mean, its been out long enough that people the industry could've have watched it in college and now gone on to succesful careers. |
