I wish anime would get more exposure here in the middle east region. I wonder why 5cm per Second is not included.

Off topic: If I have news I'd like to share, where do I post it ^^;? thnx.

I think there's a News section somewhere on the forums. In the past, Toei Animation titles (Coo being of hundreds) have had some success in the Mideast. Jetter Mars, a Tezuka re-imaging of AstroBoy, and I think some of the Go Nagai mecha titles have had success there.

Man, here in Iran, we hope anime never comes to the attention of the public. This is dubai now, but its awfully getting close.

Thanks Ctimene's Lover.

In the 80s and early 90s dubbing companies were doing a great job with anime. Most of the World Masterpiece Theater was dubbed in Arabic and many awsome 70's and 80's mecha shows. The dubbing of Rose of Versaille was truly amazing.

Most of the shows being released are low-profile and boring shows, except Naruto which started airing a couple of months ago, and there are words that One Piece is next.
