I heard somewhere that they are going to be a floor apart. I hope the Zeon bar is the floor directly above the Federation bar and occasionally drops a table or something down the stairs.

Bizarrely, the Federation Forces bar is on the fifth floor, above the fourth floor's Zeon bar. Then again, the Zeon Bar is above a toy shop and a maid café…. |
