What's the Japanese fascination with the slash? Is that just an American translation, or did the author put the slash there?

| I am curious how it will turn out, I admit to liking the anime ending more for GB then the manga one, but both were very good, so I have high hopes for this new manga. |

| I was reading one of his other works after Girls Bravo, and I was disappointed that he ended this other one so abruptly, because it looked like it was going somewhere. Perhaps this one could prove a little better. |
