I saw the clip that was put up in the anime forum. This looks pretty neat. It's seems as if it could go in an abstract experimental direction of a tried and true genre. Sooo, that usually can mean good things.

Funky Halloween atmosphere meets Shinigami action? Some solid seiyuu I'm not sick of yet (Miyano's getting there... lol)? Taku Iwaski's doing the music? Count me in.

That explains it. I thought the BGM sounded suspiciously like the mugan/antispiral BGM.

The only shinigami in the group is Kid. The rest are known as "technicians."

The unique artwork in the trailer caught piqued my interest. I especially enjoyed the evil moon. I would watch this.

this somehow made me remember King of Bandit Jing. Probably the setting. The animation looks pretty slick. Hopefully, it'll run like a shonen show(assumming the story is good)because it looks like it could. Might be saying that because of D.grey-man.

I have been reading the manga, and all I can say is that I realy can't wait for the anime to come out to see if it can live up to the manga. Its a way cool. Its not like your regular manga due to the artists style but it is defently worth cheaking out!

Could be finally one of studio BONES' better works. I was looking forward to it since it was announced.

Too bad they use strange codecs on Japanese sites so I can't watch that PR video. Can someone help me?
*edit*
Watched it somewhere else. Looks like it could be entertaining but I am worried about those 50 episodes. Hardly any show manages it to be entertaining through 26 episodes so I expect Soul Eater to have many slow paced episodes.

the whole "characters turning into weapons" thing seems kinda ridiculous. the show looks good though.

Well, there's a 99% possibility that it's going to go the same route as FMA and just diverge so that's never a problem.

Edit: The link has been restored on the official website: http://www.souleater.tv/movie/index.html

Wow, what baffles me is how it has 5 ratings already, 3 of them in English (dub)

I like the different art style, it is always nice to see something look different.
