I guess this may be the response that quite a lot of people have been talking about: Simultaneous releases. It might not be on the TV, but I'm personally an internet person, so the way that this looks, I just find this quite interesting.
I calculated how it would cost to watch an episode. 100 pts (1.99US$) being the base of exchange using paypal, the series I saw on the site that could be viewed cost about 500 pts per 6 episodes. That would make about 1.658333$ per episode if it were possible to buy them seperately. I didn't actually find for how long you can rent the episodes, so I'll keep at it a little longer. If ever someone finds it, please say so in this thread and I'd be greatful.
I wonder if this will work.....right now I'm not high on cash so I won't be part of the buyers for at least....1-2 months. By then I should see the responses and be more/less willing to give it a go. Well then, good luck BOST TV and GONZO, let's see if you hit the right string.
Would be nice if ANN would do this (if this way works of course), then I wouldn't have to change sites to read about anime and watch it immediately after (purchased of course)  |
