And here I thought Spice and Wolf would be too eccentric to be licensed. Very Happy

The sad part is that I think Kadokawa USA now holds more licenses over the past 2 years than ADV does now (I think ADV still had like, 5 series that they had licensed in the past couple of years)

Is the anime not good then? I really love the manga but I haven't seen the anime because I have heard some negative stuff about it but I will more then likely check out the first eposide or something, and if its good then I will buy it.

Ninomiya-kun? It was crappy even for a fanservice harem anime, I'm expecting no sales there. Why do they even bother?

You buy anime based off the first episode?

I'm happy to see Spice and Wolf on the list. That's a must buy for me. The others I'm not as aware of, I'll have to check some of them out when they arrive. Hopefully they work out a distributor soon.

Usually No, but I already know the story, and I already know that I like it due to the manga, I am mainly concerned with how the art is and well if the timing of it is good. I have heard that the reason it was bad was because it was boring and well that usually can be seen in the first few eposides.

Then again I have also heard from others that it was really good,a nd that if you liked the manga you would love the anime, and well its not like us Yaoi fans have a lot of anime series to choose from, so as long as
it appears to be good then I will get it.

I actually haven't seen this yet. It'll be the first anime I netflix disc by disc as they come out. Unless they do a season pack or something similar. Very Happy

Somehow I have a sneaking suspicion that this will be a sub only release. It's a disturbing trend. I wouldn't have a problem if companies would release sub only first for a cheaper price and then later on come out with a dub for a little more.

Junjou Romantica was great. I'm glad they licensed it so soon after it barely finishes its run on tv.

Opinion seems to be split on Junjou Romantica . . .

I'm just waiting for someone to adapt Kizuna into a decent anime series Confused
