Personally I like it; it's like a Miyazaki movie turned TV series, except without all of the pretension. |

| So far it's alright, but I feel like it would translate better as a DS RPG, and I'm not even a gamer. As a show, it feels like it's lacking somewhere. |

Agreed.
It doesn't help that the animation is the most inconsistent I've seen in recent memory. The main characters are great, but side characters look like they're straight out of the 80's. |
