I agree with your overall review, but this statement sums up my thoughts exactly. One would think since this series is "comedy gold" as said on the volume one trailer, that the OVA's themselves would also be as funny. Great review though. |

Oh well, I'm gonna buy it anyways. Its only $12.27 on deepdiscount.com, and with free shipping. Deepdiscount actually has some pretty good deals, and since I live pretty close to them, the 5 - 10 day shipping only takes 3 for me.

Yeah, I remember how excited I was when I found out there was a School Rumble OVA, back before Ni Gakki had started airing. I was somewhat disappointed when I watched it, but the episodes definitely had their moments. My favorite content was the bit involving Akira, just because it was so random.
At least it was a fairly cheap purchase. |
