A rough review, but not entirely unwarranted. Even I, who has watched every episode and movie, was really growing tired of the series during this season. The filler was not really that entertaining anymore, but then again, this show has always had something about it to keep me watching.

I know what you mean... I love Inuyasha to death but it just got old... I remember when Inuyasha was BIG! and now I barely see Inuyasha cosplayers in conventions and so on. If they were to complete the anime now that the manga's done, then I'm sure that Inuyasha will make a come back! Just like how Britney Spears's new song is considered comeback!

I'm in the same boat as the people who started off loving this series, and then very slowly started getting tired of it.
The same thing happened with Ranma 1/2, and it's made me wary of Rumiko Takahashi stories as a result. If she's got a series that's 26 episodes or less, I'll watch it, otherwise, I'll pass.
It's a shame too, as these shows both had lots of potential, and could have been really great, if they were just ended at a reasonable point, instead of being allowed to drag on and on.
