Flag Complete Collection DVD Boxed Set (Anime Legends) From May 5 to cancelled Why? Well it looks like I will need to buy the singles. I just hope that this is not the start of others that will be canceled. |

Probably because the singles sold poorly? But maybe that's why singles are dumb in the first place, people would rather wait for an overall cheaper boxset. |

I'll be picking up Wolf's Rain but personally, I'm glad for these delays. One less thing to buy in the meantime >_> (Aka, a delay is a good way to save money....)

not all that surprised with media blasters but are there any explinations as to why these DVD releases being delayed or all out cancled?, in all honesty though I'm glad two of the DVD releases I was keeping an eye out for isn't being cancled

That happened to me too. I was so excited for it to be part of the recent sale, so it's disappointing. I'm hoping that the singles aren't going to be too pricey. This was a show that I liked, but was willing to wait for the set and save some money. Seems that my patience goes unrewarded (or possibly punished depending on how one views it). I wouldn't be surprised if the singles didn't sell very well since it's not a high octane thriller or anything like that, but I would think that such information would be known beforehand and so it would have been better to not announce the set in the first place. You gotta be kidding me! What the hell could possibly be the hold-up? They've been ready to go since the end of 2008 for crying out loud! Well, at least Gurren Lagann Limited Editon Set 3 seems to still be on track for May 5th. |

That's a good question. The dub for those episodes is obviously done since the first season aired on Sci-Fi and that's usually the time consuming part. Maybe they're having issues getting the discs made? |

Wow, Genshiken is delayed. Well, at least it's not a long delay. It's too bad about Flag. I did buy the singles myself along with the cool art box, and I'm glad I did. It really is a one of a kind show.
Although Zegapain is one of my favorites, I'm not surprised about it's cancellation. Even after my local Best Buy reduced their anime section down to one section of shelves, they still have five copies of volume one that have been there for over a year. It's too bad because I think it's a really cool show that sort of reminds me of The Matrix---just a little. Dig this wonderful economy! |

I've been waiting forever for the Zegapain boxset to come out, and now it's cancelled!?!? *waits for there to be another sale, and snatch up the singles at TRSI* |
