If it keeps them busy and productive, sure, go ahead and do it. Though I wonder how the movie is related to the song, other than graduation. Is it because they're called otaku and Hatsune Miku is loved by otakus?

After this they should film a movie about the vegetable juice Miku loves so much.

just pointing out... absorb wrote it to sing themselves first and then a Miku version. The song is not exclusive to Miku nor is the "sakura no ame" project. The miku version is simply the most well known
