Well, they accepted Skuld as a goddess. But that might not be the same thing. Though this might be a different context.

Isn't that kind of look trendy nowadays, regardless of whether or not she's a goddess? I'd figure the fundies would actually like it, to be honest.

I'd really like to chalk this up to religious tolerance (or at least religious indifference). Blue laws and the like have been phased out over the past few decades, and any junior/senior high school curriculum worth its salt at least explores polytheistic societies, even if it's just Greece and Rome.
Also, while the concerns are reasonably founded, the people who would be offended probably wouldn't be interested in this sort of program, anyway. Then again, an acquaintance of mine learned at Ohayocon that Jesus apparently loves Bleach. As a slightly-more-frequent-than-E.C Catholic, this was news to me, too.

I've never heard of a reverse Q & A until this article, but it seems like an interesting thing to do. I'd certainly like to be apart of one someday if I could.
Also, I loved the info. on how closely the manga-ka and the anime production staff worked together to create a great show.
Lastly, I'm tremendously excited to see/learn anything about Cencoroll. It seems so fascinating just from the little I know of it thus far.

I've seen it on a small scale. Bandai did it one year asking about a couple titles-would the fans want them here. I seem to recall the manga-ka for Kare Kano wanting the audience to answer questions because she wanted to know actual American responses. Actually, I seem to recall more than a few times when the audience has been asked to respond to questions by the panels at Comic-con

Just for clarity on this issue, the OP wasn't completely the dancing. Maybe 20-30 seconds at most were of it, so it's not that bad. Compare that to Rosario + Vampire 2's opening, where it looked practically rotoscoped.
