Subbed or Raw? And is it available to Western audiences?

EDIT: Answered my own question...Raw...damn...

I was so disappointed with the first episode since I quite liked Kiddy Grade.

Here's hoping Ascoeur doesn't drop her bloomers at the sound of a whistle the rest of the series.

They announced it would be streaming on Youtube (and the Newtype channel) back on the 11th of September, the same time they announced the TV airdate (which, unlike this, didn't make the news here despite me emailing it in)

Edit: you've also got the timescale wrong a third time; it is 50 years after the first series, not two decades.

Thus far Eclair and Lumiere have only had like a single line of dialogue each however, and aren't supposed to be returning (yeah, right).

Because of geographical restrictions, ANN does not normally post streaming announcements as a front-page news story, unless we can directly confirm that the streams are available outside Japan or they are the premiere venue (that is, streams before the TV broadcasts). The Anime Newtype Channel and some YouTube channels (for example, ShoPro's new channel) are restricted by location.

When an announcement mainly updates the release/airing date after most of the other details were already known from a previous article, ANN also normally does not devote a full front-page news article. Rather, it is usually combined with another item or made into a daily brief.

I checked on AnimeNation and it says that it won't be subbed.

But this is just the exact same thing Kadokawa did with their streams of Haruhi, which weren't region restricted (they even experimented with English subs for a little bit).

Kiddy Grade was done by Funi's BFF partner Gonzo, but Girl-and is not. Still though, that alone doesn't mean they might not pick it up eventually.

Not sure how I feel about this 24 hour stuff. Hope it doesn't catch on. I've been loving all the legal streaming as of late, because I can sit down whenever I have free time and expect things to still be there.

I hope Kiddy Girl is exactly the same and Grade, the first episode of both series sucks but Kiddy Grade became an adventurous and fun series that was full of awesome. Hopefully Kiddy Girl does the same.

Yeah i myself loved the first season, even though it had a bit of a so-so ending but the ride throughout the middle of the series was well worth the price for buying the whole thing each time a DVD came out.

The first episode was downright horrible though, the main character with the pink hair, Ascoeur was so freaking annoying I almost didn't finish the first episode, and the part with her panties/bloomers felt like it dragged on forEVER just to satisfy a 22 minute episode time requirement >.<

Here's hoping her partner becomes more the star of the show and/or it gets better with time like the first season did.

Hoo boy, gotta love that fanservice. Pedobear approves.

Not much to go on with episode 1. So again we'll see how it turns out. But y'know it's Goto's baby so he's going to pull all the stops he can. The haters are out in full force. I'm talking about those catching it on YT.

Yes, that's why the Haruhi streams and Kiddy Girl-and streams both get news articles, while Sho Pro's streams do not.
