I'm very curious as to the quality of the English dub. From the cast list, I can guess that it's an L.A. dub, probably from Animaze, which is my favorite dub studio, which has dubbed 08th MS Team and 0080: War in the Pocket in the past, and did a fine job with both.

Stephanie Sheh is in the role of Audrey, and I'm a little concerned she'll give her usual "shy girl" routine. Audrey isn't quite a shrinking violet the way Eureka or Mikuru Asahina is, so I hope she can handle it.

Steve Staley is another hit-or-miss talent. Or rather, he always seems to do his best, but isn't always the right voice for the parts he plays, being the victim of miscasting. But, he was a good enough Seabook in Gundam F91.

Other than that, there's an interesting cast. Rachel Lillis as Micott, for instance. I've always enjoyed her work.

Well, it is a bi-coastal dub of NYAV Post so there will be a mix of LA and NY talent. They have been doing quite a number of them lately though; it used to be just the NY VAs.

Huh, interesting. I can't recall ever hearing a bi-coastal dub.

I haven't seen the series yet, so I don't know what the character is like but Stephanie's natural voice is much much deeper than the characters that she plays so I'm sure she'll be able to pull it off.

You're right about Steve Staley though being miscasted a lot of times. However when casted right he is fantastic.

Tara Platt is another fantastic actress, I like it when she plays the tough female character such as Mitsuru in Persona 3 rather than a character like Claves from Eternal Sonata (although she still did fine) Hopefully she'll give another great performance.

Overall, it seems like a good cast but I guess we'll just have to wait to see how it all turns out.

This article confuses me. It says the first of 6 DVDs will have a worldwide simultaneous release, but I cannot find ANY information on a US DVD release of this series anywhere. As far as I can tell, it is only scheduled to be released on Blu-Ray at this time? Question
