Now I know what to put on my wish list!

I wonder if they're going to keep the original dub or re-dub it themselves?

I hope they acquire Excel Saga sometime in the future. I still need to finish my collection.

I liked Chobits. As others have stated I also have the Geneon release from a few years ago and may just stick with it. However, if Funi would limit the insipid silliness and rewrite the underpants search parody in the storyline I would buy their "new and improved" version also.

I'm pretty sure that Excel Saga is still with Zombie ADV. At any rate, it is still readily available. And if you were collecting singles, it wouldn't matter if Funimation picked up the license, because they would release it as a thinpack anyway.

Egan,
Can you explain why there seems to be an influx of repeating news items all of a sudden?

For example, this was already posted when FUNimation also announced Spice & Wolf II and the East of Eden movies (which also has its own thread now as well).

Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't help notice the many replicating news stories of late. No complaints, but just an observation.
