Surely news that Jin fans were wishing for. Good news for J-music fans this year. Hopefully it will trend for a while longer and give fans a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see some of their favourites.
I definitely vote for More Johnny Boys, Please!

Sadly, I live in the back of beyond and chances of anyone coming near are slim, although the lovely Miyavi's Dallas tour date comes close enough for me to enjoy.

Even though I'm not a mega Akanishi fangirl, I'm glad to see this turn out well for him, and of course, the fans!

I wouldn't mind seeing Jin solo but not enough to bother driving to Chicago. I'm not that big of a fan, I guess. Actually, there aren't very many musical groups I'd trek that far for anymore (and none of which I could ever envision actually happening in a million years anyway-- but bring SMAP over and we'll talk... Wink ). But anyway, congratulations to the fans who will be going. Hopefully it'll start a trend.

Seconded. A SMAP live in the US would get me traveling. They're the only group I would even think about going to either coast for Anime exclamation Although...I kinda figured SMAP would go over very well in Vegas (and I swear I'm not saying that because it's closer for me than LA or NY).

If Jin went to Dallas and tickets weren't that pricey, I'd consider it but Houston's too far away. Really happy to see this not tank though.

poonk - your avvy is pure love! Anime catgrin

That'd be about the only reason I'd have to visit Las Vegas. Luckily I think I'd have at least a couple friends willing to accompany me in my travels. I'm a big Kimura pimp, given the opportunity (currently watching the 3rd Kimura drama in a row with a new fan Cool -- the order being Long Vacation, Engine, & now Gift, btw).

Thanks for noticing (or more accurately, caring). I decided to switch from a famous (notorious?) BL manga character to something more relevant to what I've been immersing myself in lately (i.e. KT, specifically Gift), for now at least. I'll probably switch back to my "usual" eventually, as Asami just won't be ignored. Laughing

Kimura Takuya definitely is ichiban material. Even though I swear I worship at the Shrine of Goro-chan's Hair, Kimura always ends up getting the majority of my attention. Love Engine, it is probably in my Kimura Top 5, and Long Vacation is fantastic. I really enjoy his dramas with Matsu Takako. I'm shamed to stay I have still to watch Gift and Beautiful Life My husband is an elusive ManSMAPpie and he's finally realised that CHANGE is not boring so currently watching that again with him.

Haven't gotten into BL (yet?) probably because (1) I live in Fundy Central and while our college town library has a good selection of manga & anime, there aren't many BL titles (2) I don't have friends into it so I can't borrow any Wink and (3) I don't know enough about BL in general to know what titles I'd like. Overall, I don't tend to like overtly romantic or ero stories, if people happen to fall in love, that's great. I read a variety of genres/themes so I'm not hard to please just confused where to start Anime dazed
