That's awesome! Kudos to Funi for putting this panel on. Hopefully, by showing the fans what the company deals with, it might help alleviate some of the harsh criticism sent Funi's (and others') way.
I would have loved to have attended. Too bad I'm not at this con, but maybe in the future I'll get to try out one of those scenarios.

I'd love to have something like this at my con. Seeing actual marketing situations that they've run into would be fascinating.

Now that has to be one of the more fascinating workshops I've heard. They should definitely do this more often in bigger cons.
