Kimi ni Todoke's trailers looked pretty good, I actually wasn't sure what to expect from them because I haven't watched the series yet but it looks good to me.

But What I'm really looking forward to is the Beck movie. I really liked the anime and the manga so this movie is highly anticipated for me. Not only is it based off a great series but it's being directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi, who does a really good job with adaptations.

And Kaiden Restaurant... well that just looked weird.

I'm really looking forward to the BECK film. I'm a huge fan of the anime and from the trailer it looks like a cool adaptation. I'm really hoping someone is going to license it, if they haven't already.

Woo, the beck movie looks great. But wow, it looks like it's gonna be the entire anime series worth in the movie. Hopefully it be longer then an hour and a half.

It was with some trepidation that I loaded up the trailers for Kimi ni Todoke, but I am happy to report that they appear to have done a decent job of carrying the look of the manga and anime across into live-action. The scenes look to be pretty close cognates of their manga/anime equivalents, and that puts my worries at ease.

I'll be looking forward to it.

Well, Yamazakura is a cursed town, after all, or so they say.

I'm a little surprised the user ratings aren't higher in the encyclopedia here (especially considering the self-selection that usually takes place). It's a really good show, although it's based on stories targeted at 10-year-olds. It blows other stuff targeted at 10-year-olds totally out of the water. Maybe it's like if people see Where the Wild Things Are hoping for Apocalypse Now and are disappointed, they've pretty much just got the wrong expectations.

I think that for the entire anime this one are making on a high ratings. They include the Kaidan restaurant which good to know that it was the part of it. The video are looking to great because of the scene at the restaurant.

Well, I'm glad that the actress playing Sawako dyed her hair from that fashionable brown to pitch black. The photo on the main page of the official website had me worried.

I am unable to understand Japanese past rudimentary words and phrases, so that may have had some bearing on my enjoyment of the trailer. But the movie just doesn't look like it will be a good one. Popular yes, and not horrible. But I see little of the charm of the Anime, and it just looks generic. Sawako's narration, which I loved in the Anime, just wasn't as sweet and endearing. At least the cast look the part (bar Kurumi's hair colour, which is understandable).
