BTW, regarding that 5th feature film, Hirasawa's been Tweeting about working on the score, so I'm wondering if it's resuming production.

Yes, it should still be in production. As I recall it was mentioned a few times that Madhouse's founder insured everyone that he was going to continue the production of it to it's completion.
