So we have confirmed DVD extras for a series that hasn't had its first episode on TV yet.

Well, I mean, I do have to give them credit for at least advertising the series well, but now it has to be twice as good if they're going to hype it this much.

My worst fear at this point is they are gonna turn it into Ikki Tousen, While Freezing! does have some fanservice, it sure isn't rampant, and the story is actually pretty cool, (Walking into the Manga I totally expected Queens Blade and the like but was pleasantly surprised) Unfortunately from the first trailer, and just looking at this poster, its probably gonna be pandered to that crowd, which is a shame

I haven't read the manga but if the story and plot are actually as relatively prominent as I'd thought beyond just the usual relationship drama I'm most surprised that with this much promotion and already planned OVA bonuses (though we don't really know whether they're real OVAs or like spoof OVAs yet do we?), that it looks like this is going to be merely 12-13 episodes long if it's only going to be 6 volumes, maybe just to start with I guess to see if it hits popularity.

I heard this too, I hope this isn't just a fanservice fest, relationship drama with a bit of action on the side.

I'd be willing to give this a try. If it's like Variable Geo. That had fanservice and fighting. I'll take moderate fanservice if they can move the plot in a way that oversteps it. Queen's Blade lost me at ep. 1 or 2. Well, it was the explosion. Ikkitousen...well, I won't hate this time.

I want plenty of seriousness and ass kicking in in my fanservice.
