You're forgetting the all-important "R1" in there.
You CAN buy it on DVD, but R2 only for now. =P

I would actually prefer a sub-only release so I can buy it cheaper. I wouldn't watch the dub anyway.

Since they already have the first 2 seasons, I think the chances are high that they'll get the 3rd too.
