Oh, I thought.... "wow that's descriptive Another anime to air in 2012" then I read the article, and got a better understanding lol.

Ugh, that is not good news to me. I don't like her character designs at all. The story is from a novel by a real suspense novelist (he's the husband of the author of The Twelve Kingdoms, btw). I've been very curious about his books. Which makes me wonder about the choice of artist for the character designs, and whether they will adapt his book in a way that doesn't reflect its original tone. (i.e. make it "cuter" or more moe, turn male characters into female characters, etc.). That would be terrible. |
