Shouldn't the fact that they're a trading card company be enough to list "Cardfight Vanguard" in the news article, given that's their own property meant to sell cards?

Maybe, they were trying to get some attention from their anime support rather than their games.
Weiß Schwarz is another big game by them and it was also omitted from being mentioned. The fact of the matter is that Bushiroad made 1 billion yen in a month. That's an amazing feat for a company that makes games and assists in few anime. That's equivalent to $13,071,900.00 in the U.S. by the current exchange rate. |
