Well, that's the initial reaction of the Kamen Rider fandom along with Kamen Rider Rocketman! Anime hyper

@ the article, its Gentaro Kisaragi, not Kentaro Kisaragi. Also, a bit of trivia, he is technically, the first astronaut themed Rider, but the first space-themed Rider was Kamen Rider Super-1. Very Happy

Well, the preview just won't play for me, and I'm in Japan...

I'm wondering if we'll ever see a manly-looking Rider again. I'm getting tired of the girly-men heroes.

However: the other day I did see something kind of cool on TV. That guy with the horrible, horrible hair from the current series was on a TV talk show, and he was talking to the host about his career. Turns out he's a huge fan of J-pop singer Amuro Namie, and one day when he was at a TV studio, Amuro happened to also be there with her young son. While he was trying to get up the courage to go up and say hello to her, suddenly *she* got up and came to *him.* She said her son is a huge Kamen Rider fan and wanted to meet him. To hear him tell the story, it sounded like the most awesome day of his life...

So although I've not followed Kamen Rider since Kiva ended, and can't stand the increasingly sissy "looks" sported each new season, I just can't dislike this young guy based on his hair alone now; all of a sudden, he seems like a really nice guy!
