I just finished this book. Quite good! There are only two left in the series to print, right?

Vol. 17 was the final book. Vertical finished the series. ^_^

You might also want to try MW by Tezuka. Much darker than his usual works, but quite good.

MW and Ode to Kirchito needs a warning on cover. Instant depression, just add basic emphasis.
I'd suggest rather Buddha or Phoenix, unless you are ready for sadness flooding from each page.
