As I understand it, they did try to make it an official manga, but were rejected several times. It was this attempt at getting this published officialy that resulted in Toei sending them a notice to stop.

I wish they'd make manga of KR... especially W. Or DCD, and make it actually make sense (at least, the ending, that is).

I can't believe Toei shuts down this dojinshi while continuing to market the craptacular Kamen Rider Fourze.

While definitely my least favorite of the KR I've seen (Which is Den-O through Fourze), Fourze is very good for what it is and what it is meant to be: A Japanese version of a high school sitcom like Glee (explicitly stated in production notes), mixed with over the top action like Gurren Lagann (which shares a head writer with Fourze).
