Whats up with all the Ghost in the Shell merchandise? cause there hasn't been a movie/anime in a long while. does that mean that their getting us ready for one? I know Kamiyama is working on a movie right now but with all the stuff released in the Last year with GITS slapped on it makes me wonder

Even though there hasn't been any new media for it doesn't mean it's not still popular. It's still one of the best anime of the last 10 years. |

When I first glanced at this I thought it said "Ghost in the Shell reboot" and got briefly interested.
Although to be fair they are pretty cool shoes. |

But $260 for a pair of shoes?! And they thought the Air Jordans were expensive.

Actually I was surprised they will retail for ONLY $260. Surely to God there are 500 otaku in Japan who'd be willing to pay 10 times that for some GitS kicks.
