Nico Nico announced they were going to stream Haganai, but if you can find a single episode on niconico.com, I would be interested in where you found it.
To the best of my knowledge, only Funimation streamed episodes of the series. |

I would also love to see an OreImo, Haganai crossover - I have no clue how that'll work, but it would be interesting. |
