not digging the tentacles but i cant i think of them being any better without looking metal/plastic.

Not the first time a Seiyuu/VA went around in cosplay as one of his/her charas. I remember seeing Tiffany Grant dressed up as Asuka(EVA) at Otakon one year, maybe 1999. No idea if she still does it though.
