It'll be a face-pased, turn-based fighter but instead of things like punches or spells the characters will use retorts and rebuttals. You'll need to talk an enemy character into submission where upon they'll flash their underwear or something.

Why dear gods why?? Why does this anime sell?? It's so nonsensical that every episode made me say "WTF??"

I'm guessing that it'll either be a visual novel type game, or one that incorporates elements of one.

They're really pushing people to buy Vita with all these PSP games being made. Or did Sony actually make the Vita compatible with PSP games?

Digitally compatible (might be select titles) and while some physical copies are eligible for discounts on the digital version, that's about it.

Only about 10% of all games are available from psp > vita for digital downloads. No umd's are compatible with vita, and in order to get these psp titles on vita, you have to re-download them in japan for a "service" charge, IE 10% discount.
It's up in the air if they are even gonna do this.

I would not be surprised if it is a visual adventure game like the OreImo and Haganai games since Namco has the game engine already done.
