I hope this doesn't end up as a mobile/handheld exclusive.

If it's a new, full-blown game, then words cannot express how happy I am. "El Shaddai" was one of the very finest games I've ever played, and anything related to it is an instant purchase.

Never played El Shaddai should give it a go, heard only positive reviews on it. but I do hope that it isn't a vita stand alone title,

While I'd hate to see a new El Shaddai trapped on a new system with a limited audience, it would be the tipping point needed to make me buy one. So, I'm happy for new El Shaddai either way, it's just a question of if it costs me $50 or $500. Very Happy (A mobile exclusive would suck, though. Those tend not to come to android, which is what I have. Crying or Very sad )

Of course, it'll have to come out in the US too... does the vita have a region lock like the 3DS?

Nope. Two consoles in a row, Sony has been playing nice internationally.

Awesome. So, that pretty much takes away the US release issue (although I'd prefer an English copy, of course.)

Now we play the waiting game to see what this is released for...

Social Game. Why do companies hype these things?
