Given the high price of anime DVD & BD discs themselves in Japan, but the low cost of manga, I am curious what the pricing on these manga with a bundled OAD typically are.

Around 3000 to 5000 yen (depends if its a bd or DVD bundle). Its pretty much the cost of the manga plus a 1 episode DVD or BD.
