I'm glad to heat she's doing better. I'm sad that there will be no more English Kannagi volumes. I bought the first 3, and I really like it. Here's hoping for fan scanlations.

Maybe JManga will pick it up.

It will certainly be interesting if a Kannagi 2 comes out after all these years. Following on the wild success of Carnival Phantasm with the otaku fanbase, one certainly hopes that, whether the reaction of a few volatile psychotics played any part in Takenashi's leave of absence from the series or not, she will be able to find someone to produce a second season for her work.

I wonder what caused the subarachnoid hemorrhage. It's pretty rare for one so young to just spontaneously get one. Then again, rare medical crises can and do happen and perhaps this was one such case. It's unfortunate to hear that it may have left a permanent mark on her ability to work as she once did but it's wonderful to hear that at least she did not suffer a stroke or other severe brain damage that would have prevented her from being able to work entirely.

Would love to see some (more) Zange & Fujino crossovers. Wink Fanart is wonderful but it'd be great to see more pop up either in TAKE-MOON or else in the revitalized Kannagi.

I hope she gets better so she can work as much as she wants.

I'm so glad she's better. That's a terrible illness. I'll make sure to buy the Japanese copy of Volume 7.

I am glad she was able to recover, that is a serious health problem indeed.

My friend's mom died suddenly from this a couple years ago after a ruptured cerebral aneurysm. It was so unexpected and very sad.
