Awesome! I absolutely love Ze, though I wish we'd get more than just six volumes stateside. I know there are more. Sad

I wasn't sold on this one until I read it was Ryusei and Moriya. Of all the pairings I think that's the one that could actually work in a live-action adaptation.

Unfortunately, the English release of the manga got cught up in the paranoia that came after the Handley case. Volume 7 and part of 8 involve some less-than-age-of-consent graphic sexual content. I think it's been long enough since then that DMP can go back and license and release those volumes now. Hopefully they will.

This announcement was written on the obi of the ZE Kami no Hon book and I was really o_O;;;;; about it.

Can they give us animated OVAs instead of live-action? There's a lot of things they can't do in the LA without making porn. That and I like my bl in 2D. >_>;;

Sweet. This has to be my favorite pairing in the series. And as far as I know DMP already annouced that they had licensed volume seven and eight of Ze but then again I might have got that wrong but I'm pretty sure they did. Check their forums that was where they first annouced that OTRFK vol 5 and the next volume of Ai no Kusabi had been licensed too before they ever made official anouncements.

I heard this too, and I'm really excited to own the rest in English. (Especially since Shoui and Asari's arc comes next!!)

I can't wait to see how this production turns out. I'm a big fan of Moriya and Ryuusei's story.

It'll be an interesting film. At least they're hitting one of the more popular couples. Also, yea for more "Ze" manga!

Yep, this was one of the manga series I was very happy got license-rescued.

A live action film, huh? In my experience, live action BL adaptations are pretty hit and miss. I'll probably check it out regardless, since I really like the manga.
