JManga also just announced that going forward, people with points can use their points while at the free membership level (that is, not being signed up for either the 1,000 or 2,500 points/month plans). It used to be you could only spend the points you had while actively subscribing to a paid plan, and that always bothered me. I'm glad they finally changed this policy!
