Shame that their "big release" and any kind of possible hoopla will only be for the DVD. Still, it'd be nice to win, and even nicer for that poster. Is there some kind of age restriction, given that it requires DoB? Let's hope so, that'll eliminate competition.

Do people even get prizes from winning these contests? I ask cause I "won" the DRRR contest a while ago and never got anything. I even tried talking to Tempest, but he didn't do anything.

Yeah, that threw me off at first too, but looking at the HTML, it seems the redirection after you submit is intentional so it should be all good. |

I saw this subbed when it was simulcasting and wasn't too impressed. Gave it a second chance dubbed and got a lil more into it (I know some may disagree with me or groan at this, but a show this insane is better experienced in a language you can understand, and thats for whatever language you speak, so long as you dont need to rely on subtitles). Still didn't want to really pay for it, mostly cause there is other stuff coming out I'd rather buy.
Winning it for free, however, is a perfect way to get to watch it

I'll enter the contest.
I could handle getting the show for free. I'm definitely not going to pay for a series that I haven't seen _any_ of, don't know much about (it got a mostly-positive mention on the AWO podcast, didn't it?), or much interest in. Getting interested is even harder when it's only a DVD release for an HD show... Does Funi's release have any worthwhile extras (I don't know what the Japanese discs got, if anything)? |

Not exactly as good as I hoped it would be, but that's just my opinion. You could always just check it out for yourself, as those first 2 episodes are free to watch. All you need is to make an account on their site. (Lets not make this into another dub/sub war, okay?) |
