So, they're releasing another PSP game of another awesome series? And you wonder why the Vita is doing so badly in Japan...

Anyways, at least the PSP is region-free. That means I can import this when it doesn't come to America.

btw the game's gonna be written by Kamachi himself. there's gonna be 4 plotlines that will converge.

judging from all pics, no accelerator then. probably that time when he was in the hospital. =_____=;;

maybe, maybe not but this will be most likely "you will never see this product translated outside of japan" The psp is just dead here in the states even with the 2-5 games per year we get from x-seed, atlus or nisa it's just worth anyone's trouble anymore.

I would not call the PSP dead by any means. the vita lacks GAMES.

also a import would rock!

such statements make zero sense.

Not really the toaru news I was looking for, but I guess I'll take what I can get at this point. Side note: I hate playing games in Japanese on my PSP because I don't have Jparser there to help me when Kanji slaps me across the face. -.-

dead as in western developers are no longer making games for it, retail stores are pulling their stock from shelves on the psp-3000 and even game-stop is pulling used games/systems from smaller stores to make way for the vita. The psp is basically on life-support in the united states and it's plugged is about to be pulled.

On the game at hand. I could see a rare glimpse or even a small chance from x-seed games for getting this digital only via the psn.

just go to an import online stores like ami ami, j-list, play-asia and import the game if you have the money. Psp if fully regional free on games so you can play games from any country with out any trouble what so ever.

The first Index game is the one that makes the most sense to bring over. It's a simple fighting game with fairly minimal text and a decent enough story mode. It's the type of game anyone can just pick up and play in short bursts. I haven't even opened the Railgun game yet... But it's a moot point, none of them will ever be imported, we're still waiting for NISA to do something with Black Rock Shooter.

But my big question is what figma does it come with? Accelerator please!

Ditto.

Also, on this note: FUNi, I love you guys. Can we please have some type of word on the dub cast for Index and Railgun? I don't care if it's small; hell, it can be itty bitty, even just saying, "the casting process is underway" or something would be great!
I've wanted to buy this series since I found out about it. I wanna do anything I can to monetarily convey how much I'd love the light novels in English, or hell, a third season of Index.

The PSP did poorly because lack of games...
They wouldn't release english versions of .hack (PSP titles), Gundam VS, hell not even dating sim games.
All the interesting games they didn't bring over which is what killed the mojo for the PSP.
And because the mojo for the PSP is low, the mojo for the Vita is low.
I still have a Vita and I have high friggen hopes.

But come on.
Don't release the consoles here if your not going to give us the full deal.
