i could guess a 39.99 price at the least. 59.99 might be going overboard

40 bucks is my guess. I don't believe there are any digital only releases on PSN that cost more than that.

Just bought it here in Japan a few days ago. I don't have my PS3, though, so I'm just going to send it back home to America for my girlfriend to play until I get back.

As much as I want a physical copy of the game, I'll get the digital release just to support the possibility of more One Piece games for the NA region even if it ends up strictly digital releases from here on out. Still would like an actual disc without buying from other markets though.
