The UK only has blondes. Hell would freeze over before we see a non-blonde British girl in anime.

I do find this trope to be over used and ridiculous. Being actually born in Europe, outside of the Nordic countries blonde is not uncommon, but its not the only color the populace has, with brown hair actually being more common.
