not sure how I feel about this. Hanna was good, Colossus was good, game to movie adaptations not so good.

Be interesting to see but you know that CG makes creating the beings easy. Considering we already had Clash of the Titans. Are they doing another? Hmm... but if done right it could work. But I doubt they can cover all the monsters.

Hanna was a pretty awesome little film! Though a lot of that had to do with the presentation and directing, whereas the ending somewhat fell flat for me. But still, it's a better caliber of writer than what we got before. And with stuff like Pacific Rim on the horizon, something like this could work out pretty well. I'm just hoping they stick with the isolationist theme. Expand story and characterization through flashbacks.

I think Shadow of the Colossus has the potential to make a really good film, provided they don't try to make things too complicated. So I will be cautiously optimistic about this because at very least, they have a fairly blank slate to work on as far as story and characters go. And some awesome character design work done for them too.
