Come on...
Considering the amount of shows CR has, do you really think Sentai only has 2 for this season??

Most likely. It's a TBS title like Tamako Market.

A show wherein the main character just watches life go by via computer?

Who wrote this, me?

Well, that would be fine.
Either way, I still have membership for both.

One year later there's still no sign of the "home video release", and the streams shown by the Anime Network are censored.

No thanks, Sentai.

No thanks, Sentai.

It takes time because the Japanese companies do not want cheaper US Blu-rays coming so soon after the much more expensive Japanese release. They are released in singles in Japan with 2 episodes each over the course of several months. Last volume was in late August, and it usually takes at least a half a year after that before a US release may appear. I think it's likely their solicitation for it will probably come up sometime in the spring or summer.
