Ueyama is credited with Character Design Cooperation in episode 12 of Psycho Pass. |

That's partially true. Amano is the original character designer, while Ueyama is the one who adapted Amano's designs for animation. |

That's also partially true! As I understand it Amano did the original character designs, and Kyoji Asano adapted the designs for animation.  My understanding is that episodes 12 and 13 featured some additional designers, although I don't know what specifically they worked on. (If I had to guess, episode 12 features Yayoi's spoiler[rock star] back story, which features some interesting outfits.)
I had occasion to look into it because Asano is one of the people who signed our giveaway posters, along with director Shiotani. ^^; |
