Would you? It's been a steady $ource of income for them ever since it aired in 1995. They won' t let it go that easily. I guess this new proyect has been greenlighted after the success of the third Rebuild film. |

video game? maybe?
i feel thats a possibility as recent examples of such games show it can be done. but i'm placing my bets on a OVA series bundled together with a rehash or the revived manga, or a light novel which focuses on the lore around evangelion |

Well, given that it was announced in a manga anthology, it'll almost certainly be manga.
Maybe it will be a new version of the story, made with today's trends in mind. animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-01-24/fruits-basket-daichi-helms-dd-fist-of-the-north-star-anime Shinji will be a NEET. Rei will look like Konata from Lucky Star. Misato will be the little sister character. //Half joking... only half. Eva already has some questionable spinoffs. |
